No, Best-of-technology.com products are mainly not mainstream brands.
By importing these direct-from-factory non-branded products, you’ll stay on the right side of the law, and profit

Can these Cell Phones and other products be used in my country?

Most Best-of-technology.com products will work in most countries.
For Cell Phones, TV devices, and Video Cameras, you’re advised to read the product description carefully.
Just ask our Customer Support Team to advise you. Give them the product code and your country, and we’ll check it’s suitable for use in your country.

Are Best-of-technology.com’s products good quality?

We will only send you the best quality products.

How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Most normal sized orders are sent out within 1-2 working days.
Express delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) takes 2-4 days depending on your destination.
Normal delery takes around 15 days.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost only $8 per product.

How do you ship the products?

How the goods are shipped to you is up to you:
– Express Air Courier: UPS, FedEx, DHL
– Air Mail
– Bulk Air Freight

Do you provide tracking information?

After your order is sent out we will send you a tracking number so you can trace the delivery all the way to your
door. But you are not the only one watching your delivery progress. Best-of-technology.com will also track your
delivery actively and act fast to deal with any problems. If there is a delay with your delivery, we’ll probably
already be working on it before you’ve noticed.
What is PayPal?

PayPal is a globally trusted payment clearing service. By using PayPal to pay, your financial information such as
credit card numbers and billing address are kept private and secure. Your payment information cannot be seen by one else.

Do I have to open a PayPal account?

No, you don’t.
PayPal supports guest checkout. Simply enter your billing address and credit card information to complete an order.
You may optionally create a PayPal password for speeding up future orders.

Warranty

What if the product is broken?

If any product is faulty, you can return it to us for a replacement or credit.

What if the product does not arrive?

We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country.
In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.

 

Returns and Refunds

– All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Full details are noted in our terms and conditions for returns
here.

– Fewer than 1% of all Best-of-technology.com shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issue.

– In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable
during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back we
will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.

– If you experience any problem with a product bought from Best-of-technology.com, contact us first and we will do
our best to advise you. Any returns must be – discussed with Best-of-technology.com Customer Support in advance, and
authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.

– In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty, your shipping costs
returning the products to the Best-of-technology.com warehouse are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by
Best-of-technology.com.

– Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or
flashing the firmware or using non-approved software – invalidates the warranty.

Custom clearance & taxes

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Best- of-technology.com will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

– Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items
in your country – and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for
confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Please read the full small print of
